Disconnection and data deletion

Last updated 28 July 2026

Disconnect Google in S5 Respons

  1. Sign in to the correct business workspace.
  2. Open Settings → Integrations.
  3. Select Gmail or Google Calendar and choose “Disconnect”.
  4. Confirm the action.

Disconnection stops new use of the integration. Reusable local token secrets are overwritten immediately, the connection is marked revoked, and S5 Respons attempts to revoke access with Google. Historical customer messages and audit records are not automatically deleted because they may form part of the business' case and security history.

Remove access at Google

You can also open the Google Account third-party connections page, select S5 Respons and remove access. This is useful if you no longer have access to the S5 workspace.

Request deletion or export

A business administrator can email hei@s5respons.no from an address associated with the business. Include the business name, the account concerned, and whether you request deletion, restriction or export. Never send passwords, OAuth tokens or entire customer messages.

Data that may need to be retained

Data is deleted or anonymized when the purpose, customer agreement and applicable law allow it. Accounting records, necessary security logs and backups may need to be retained for a limited period under separate legal and security requirements. S5 Studio AS will explain what can be deleted, what must be retained and why.
